The client is an international conservation alliance working to protect the mountain gorillas and their habitat. The consultancy involved strengthening of decision-making, systems, processes and effectiveness in relation to governance structures and the senior management team. Include hands-on support to coordinate registration compliance and governance documentation in a multi-country legal setup. Also involved executive coaching of the leadership, coaching of Board members and general change management support.
