Alignment of Operating Procedures and Support Processes

The client works to strengthen state level laboratory systems in the United States and internationally. The assignment concerned an assessment of all operational structures, processes and staff capacities to ensure growth at scale and increase compliance with the highest international standards. This led to a new operational structure with aligned Standard Operating Procedures and streamlined flowcharts. Change management support was offered to help the leadership steer the transition process through transition coaching and mentoring of the COO and other senior staff. As an outcome, the Operations Department is now able to invest strategically in new core functions in order to improve their services exponentially.
