Executive Management Team Strategy Retreat

The client is a global health and population non-profit organisation. We designed and facilitated a Strategic Planning Executive Retreat of the International Programs Management Team, following a global strategic reorientation. The overall objective was to achieve a shared understanding of the international operational implications of shifting from a centralised US based to a decentralised model in support of the localisation agenda, supported by a recommended institutional model and operating structure. As an outcome, the team was able to articulate a future more diverse operating model with greater delegation, supported by appropriate accountability at relevant entity levels.
